OTTP (oolong tea polymerized polyphenol)


Trà Oolong được sản xuất bằng cách lên men lên men của lá tươi Camellia sinensis. Trong quá trình lên men một nữa, các thành phần của lá được biến đổi bởi enzyme thành nhiều hợp chất hoạt tính sinh học, đặc biệt là oolong tea polymerized polyphenol (OTPP).
